About the Brand

Activa Clinics is a multi-location healthcare provider offering physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and rehabilitation services across the Greater Toronto Area.

When I joined the organization, marketing operations were fragmented, growth was inconsistent, and the organization lacked a structured digital acquisition and retention strategy.

I was brought in to build and lead the entire marketing function, responsible for driving patient acquisition, improving retention, and expanding revenue channels across six clinic locations.

The Business Challenge

Before implementing a structured marketing strategy, the organization faced several growth limitations:

  • No centralized performance marketing strategy

  • Manual lead nurturing and follow-ups causing conversion leakage

As the head of marketing, I built the marketing department and growth strategy from the ground up.
