Scaling 20,000+ Leads Across 3 Distinct Brands with a Unified Growth System

About the Organization
Health Medica Toronto operates multiple healthcare and education brands across medical aesthetics, wellness, and professional training.
During my tenure, I led marketing strategy and performance execution across three distinct brands:
Medica Laser Spa, medical aesthetics services
MG International Career College, certification and training programs
Demiana Medica Wellness Clinic, rehabilitation and wellness services
Each brand served a completely different audience, with unique acquisition channels, messaging, and conversion journeys.
My role was to build a scalable, multi-brand marketing system that could drive consistent lead generation while maintaining efficiency across all three verticals..

The Business Challenge
The organization faced multiple structural and performance challenges:
Inconsistent lead generation across brands
No standardized campaign structure or optimization framework
Limited visibility into funnel performance and attribution
Underdeveloped landing pages and conversion paths
Disconnected marketing efforts across brands
Additionally, each brand required a fundamentally different strategy:
B2C patients seeking treatments
B2C/B2B students enrolling in certification programs
Wellness clients with longer decision cycles
The challenge was not just scaling campaigns, but managing complexity across multiple business models within a single growth system.
Strategic Response
I approached this as a multi-brand systems design problem, balancing centralization with brand-specific execution.
Unified Multi-Brand Growth Framework
Built a centralized performance marketing structure across all brands
Defined brand-specific funnels while sharing cross-channel learnings
Allocated budgets dynamically based on performance and demand
This allowed scalability without losing brand-level efficiency.
Multi-Channel Acquisition Strategy
Led performance campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads
SEO and organic content
Dedicated landing page funnels
Each brand had tailored campaign structures, while insights were shared across accounts to improve overall performance.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Built dedicated landing pages aligned with user intent for each service and program
Introduced video-led creatives to improve engagement and CTR
Implemented retargeting strategies for high-intent but unconverted users
Optimized website content to support both paid and organic acquisition
Data-Driven Performance Optimization
Monitored performance through dashboards and platform analytics
Identified high-performing services and campaigns
Reallocated budgets toward top-performing segments
Continuously tested creatives, audiences, and landing pages
This ensured consistent improvement in efficiency and scalability.

Execution at Scale
The strategy was executed across:
3 distinct brands with different business models
Multiple service lines and education programs
Multi-channel acquisition across paid and organic
9+ months of continuous optimization and scaling
I owned:
Campaign strategy and execution
Budget allocation and optimization
Funnel design and conversion improvements
Cross-brand performance insights and reporting
Business Impact
Generated 20,000+ qualified leads across three brands
Delivered 5M+ impressions and 1.5M+ reach
Achieved 40–55% lower CPL vs industry benchmarks
Maintained Google CPC under $1 and CPL between $4–$7
Increased website traffic by 300%+
Achieved 5,000%+ reach growth and 3,000%+ engagement growth across social channels
Built a consistent, scalable lead generation engine across multiple verticals
Strategic Significance
This initiative demonstrated how a centralized growth strategy can effectively scale multiple brands with distinct audiences and conversion journeys.
By combining structured performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making, I enabled the organization to move from fragmented efforts to a predictable, high-efficiency growth system across healthcare and education services.
